The goal of CoronaTesting.Info is to provide an avenue where people can obtain efficient and effective COVID-19 testing and be given true up-to-date information on where Corona Virus testing is available in Yavapai County, Arizona. At this time; it is noted that testing is very difficult to obtain and track.

This is a pilot program available to those in Yavapai County – If successful, this model can be scaled up to ensure more people are tested.

It is also noted that many primary care providers are not testing. This is likely related to the many logistical difficulties associated with testing; these difficulties include:

• Lack of PPE (Country Wide)
• Lack of test kits
• Lack of medical professional in PPE to effectively swab patients
• Lack of labs able to run the test
• Many providers are unwilling to order the tests out of fear that themselves or their staff could contract the virus.

Our goal is to educate the public on the testing challenges but more-so to work with the community and their leaders to think outside of the box and come up with solutions to improve testing capabilities. Currently, there are several healthcare providers in the community that is offering Covid-19 testing. Please review Current Testing Sites for that list which will be updated periodically. Most of these sites likely accept insurance. If you are able to get tested by other testing sites and/or FREE Government sites, please read no further.

What we are offering at CoronaTesting.Info is a completely different model to ensure that the maximum amount of people in Yavapai County get tested. We aim to do this by putting the following procedures and structures in place:

• Timely – in the shortest amount of time possible -> We overnight our tests by air to a lab in Florida. Tests return in 3-5 days. Positive tests are called immediately to our provider whom will facilitate the notification to the client and required Government Agencies.
• Efficiently via Drive-Through Scheduled Testing: Clients who HAVE SYMPTOMS will schedule their testing time where they will drive by one of our testing tents after entering in their information on our website. They will show their ID prior to rolling down their window.
• Safely – Most importantly we are committed to protecting our staff and medical personnel. All medical personnel will be wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). With the direction of the nurse, the client will roll down their window and the nurse will swab the client appropriately in accordance with CDC guidelines. The medical professional always switches gloves in between patients, there will be no other human contact between the medical professional and the client.
• Affordable – We understand the fear in the community and want to ensure that the community is well-taken care of quickly without feeling like they are being taken advantage of and/or gouged. Our costs are as low as possible to cover the testing, the test kits, to pay our staff members, the PPE, and the back-office staff to track the tests. We understand President Trump stated the costs for the tests are free, however, we are unfortunately unable to send him the bill directly at this time and still need to cover our costs. We are offering SUPERBILLS for you to send to your insurance for reimbursement.
• Trackable – Our staff will follow your test through its testing process; this includes ensuring that your test arrives in the lab in a timely manner, is ran, and the results are reported to you and all required Government Authorities.
